A crossed circle means it never named the company. Click a heading to sort.

One thing stands out. Gemini cites company sites directly: cerave.com.au tops its list, so a company’s own pages decide whether it is named.
What to do with your row
Most recommendedTop 3 on an engine
Open your full report, then take the “Top 3 in AI answers” badge. It names the engine, it links back here, and it is free. Then keep the spot: Findrix tracks all three engines for your company and tells you when a rival moves in.
MentionedNamed, not recommended
Findrix shows you, answer by answer, who took the recommendation instead of you and which sites got them there. Your site becomes a numbered list of edits, and the next scan confirms each one.
Not namedMissing from all 180 answers
Findrix runs your buyers’ questions for your company and shows what AI says instead of you, with every wrong fact and the correction written for you.

What “Top 3 in AI answers” means
A company gets the badge when it is in the top 3 on any single engine, by how many of that engine’s answers recommend it, not just name it. The badge names the engine, so a company can hold it on Gemini and not on ChatGPT. In Australia that is La Roche-Posay, CeraVe and QV on ChatGPT. La Roche-Posay, CeraVe and The Jojoba Company on Gemini. La Roche-Posay, CeraVe and Sukin on Google AI Mode. 9 badges, 5 companies. A badge holder confirms its website inside the report and puts the badge on its site, and it links back to this page.
The 60 questions we asked
Every company was measured against the same 60 questions, asked the way a buyer types them, with no company name in the question. Grouped by how the question is asked: three kinds.

How we measure
Each of the 60 questions was asked once to ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode in October 2026: 180 answers. We read every answer and record which companies it names. A company’s share is the part of answers that name it. Different spellings of one company are merged into one row.
Left out: companies outside Australia, and names that aren’t facial skincare brands. A name AI gave without a website we could find is listed without a profile.
One run per question means a single answer moves a company at the bottom of the table by a point. Treat differences of 1 to 2% as noise and the top 20 as stable.
One email when the next run moves this list: who entered, who left, where you stand. No newsletter.
Questions about this ranking
Why isn’t my company listed?
Either no engine named it in the 180 answers we read, or it was named and we could not match it to a website. Search the list above. If it was named, its full report is ready. If it was never named, Findrix shows what AI says when buyers ask about facial skincare brands, which rivals it names instead, and a ranked list of fixes: the page, the edit, and the next scan ticks it off. It starts with the 7-day trial.
What is in the full report?
Everything we collected about the company: its position on each of ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode, recommended or only mentioned, its average position in the answer and what AI says about it word for word. It is free and open to anyone, no login. The “Top 3 in AI answers” badge goes on the company’s site when any engine puts it in its top 3.
Why would I subscribe if I am already listed?
This page is one snapshot. Findrix is where you control and grow your AI visibility over time: your own question set, 60 to 180 questions by plan, tracked for you and your rivals. On every answer you see recommended, only mentioned, or a rival, and which sites earned that rival the spot. Wrong facts come with the correction email written for you. Your site becomes a numbered plan: which page, what to change, confirmed by the next scan. A PDF report for you and your team. It starts with the 7-day trial.
Can I correct or remove my company’s listing?
Use Request a correction at the bottom of the page: we check the change against the answers and fix the listing. For anything else, write to us there too and we will look at it against your website.
